Warm infusions and transfusions help protect your patient from hypothermia in the Operating Room and the Intensive Care Units. ASTOTHERM® PLUS warms all infusions and transfusions by a dry flow-heating method for daily use. The ASTOTHERM PLUS is ready for use once plugged in. It is then ready to provide warmth to the patient without the requirement of pre-warming. This allows fluid and blood units to be kept in the refrigerator until they are ready for use.
