MED-RX Thoracic (Chest) Drains

Restore intrathoracic pressure and lung expansion with safe, controlled pleural drainage.

Choose dry suction regulation or water seal controleach designed to remove accumulated fluid, blood, or air from the pleural space between the lungs and the chest wall.

Vertical Integration:
End-to-end control of design, manufacturing and distribution of our healthcare devices and supplies

Supply Chain Reliability:
A robust network with 4 distribution centres ensures reliable operation and inventory security.

Regulatory Expertise:
We follow North American compliance
and clinical standards.

The Challenge:

Frequent product shortages and forced conversions disrupt clinician workflows, creating easeofuse challenges and uncertainty when switching between unfamiliar chest drain systems. This lack of consistency increases training burden and reduces clinician confidence at the bedside.

The Solution:

MED‑RX Chest Drains were developed around clinician feedback, offering familiar system layouts, intuitive features, and dry or water‑seal options that align with established clinical practice. This can result in faster adoption, minimal retraining, and confidence in both performance and availability.

Healthcare professional monitoring patient vital signs.
