  • It is a standalone cryotherapy console used to ablate (freeze) tissue in open, minimally invasive, or endoscopic surgical procedures. It utilizes the  Joule-Thomson effect with high-pressure argon gas for rapid freezing and helium gas for active thawing.

  • The CryoCare Touch System is intended for use in open, minimally invasive or endoscopic surgical procedures in the areas of general surgery, urology, gynecology, oncology, neurology, dermatology, ENT, proctology, pulmonary surgery and thoracic surgery. The system is designed to freeze/ablate tissue by the application of extreme cold temperatures including prostate and kidney tissue, liver metastases, tumors, skin lesions, and warts.

  • The system features interfaces to connect and monitor up to eight cryoprobes and eight TempProbes (temperature sensors) at once.

  • The V-Probe features an adjustable slider that allows the physician to control the size of the “ice ball” (isotherm), offering five different settings in a single probe.

  • Yes. The system provides real-time readouts of argon and helium pressures and allows for visual monitoring of the ice ball’s growth (typically 1–2 cm beyond the probe tip) via CT, MRI, or ultrasound.
